Stephen Brindle

STEPHEN BRINDLE joined Teraoka & Partners LLP in 2018, where he practices real estate, corporate and business law.

Mr. Brindle was born and raised in the Bay Area.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.  He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University.  After graduation Mr. Brindle served in the real estate law department of Gap Inc.  He later became an associate at Wendel Rosen Black & Dean LLP, joining its real estate law practice group.

He has experience with retail, office and industrial leasing, tax issues relating to commercial real estate including Proposition 13 and transfers of ownership, and title review including reciprocal easement agreements, CC&Rs and Phase 1 Environmental Reports
