Patricia Swen

PATRICIA SWEN joined Teraoka & Partners LLP in 2017, where she practices corporate, business law, and executive immigration law.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Patricia earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. 

During college, she studied abroad in London before returning to Los Angeles and graduating early with magna cum laude distinction.   She worked in China representing the U.S. at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. 

Returning to the Bay Area, Patricia received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Business Law Journal and a member of the Negotiation and Mediation team.  Fluent in spoken Mandarin, she interned with the Beijing Arbitration Commission and served as President of the Chinese American Law Association during law school.

Patricia is an avid runner and enjoys traveling.
